Dr. Faiza Raza is an accomplished academic, researcher, and lecturer in Islamic banking, finance, and risk management. With a Ph.D. in Islamic Finance, her work explores the intersection of Shariah-compliant financial systems, fintech innovation, and ethical risk governance. Dr. Raza has over five years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the UK, and her expertise extends to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and student support.

She is the founder of Islamic Finance Review (IFR) and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Islamic Banking, Economics and Policy (JIBEP), where she champions accessible, policy-relevant Islamic finance research. Her research contributions have been published in international peer-reviewed journals, and she actively engages in interdisciplinary initiatives to promote financial inclusion and sustainability in Muslim-majority economies.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Raza is committed to empowering emerging scholars and practitioners through mentorship and collaboration across the global Islamic finance ecosystem.

Dr. Hassan Shakeel Shah is a distinguished scholar in Islamic Thought and Civilization. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Department of Islamic Thought and Civilization at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. With academic credentials from Al-Azhar University and the University of Brunei Darussalam, Dr. Shah brings a global perspective to Islamic scholarship.

His expertise spans Sharīʿah, Islamic Banking and Finance, and Arabic language. Dr. Shah has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at numerous international conferences. He previously headed the Islamic Banking and Finance Department at the Islamic University of Maldives and is also an HEC-approved PhD supervisor.

Dr Noman Arshed is a lecturer in the Department of Business Analytics at Sunway Business School, Sunway University. He has expertise in programming in R and Python and integrating advanced econometrics with machine learning. His research interests are exploring the gains of AI integration in business and the environment.
